I’m Monica —
I may not fit the mold of a traditional teacher or guide, but I am wholeheartedly myself and that will always be more than enough.
I will share more of my story here soon. In the meantime, I’ve included my Learned & Earned Wisdom below. While my deepest training has come from living Heartwork through my own healing and lived experiences, I have also devoted over ten years to formal study and mentorship.
Each of these teachers has shaped me, yet none define me. They have all walked with me to this arrival point, and for that I am forever grateful.
